Alumni - Association Bylaws

  • Fiscal year is July 1 - June 30
  • The Board consists of 15 Directors (including ex-officio, immediate Past-President and President of the National Alumni Association)
  • In accordance with Roberts Rules of Order the ex-officio members are full voting members
  • Directors are elected annually for a three year term, renewable for two consecutive terms
  • Quorum at meetings of the Board of Directors shall constitute six members
  • Members of the Association
    • All past students
    • Current parents
    • Past parents
    • Governors of the College
    • Trustees of the Foundation
    • Senators
    • Honorary Regents
    • Associate Members (including present and former staff of Athol Murray College of Notre Dame)
    • Honorary Life Members
