Coaching Philosophy

Achieve maximum performance through a training style emphasizing sport specific functional training which incorporates; strength and power generating from the core of the athlete, speed, agility, quickness, balance, proprioception, and reaction abilities. This performance level must be at maximum intensity, performed in intermittent periods while remaining injury free, and readily available for each competition. These attributes will be obtained in a highly intensive and positively motivated environment where goals are met and new limits are constantly set.
