2011/2012 NOTRE DAME FITNESS PROGRAM POLICY

TRAINING FEES:
  • Training fees are to be paid in full before the first training session and become NON_REFUNDABLE* at that time.
  • Programs are non-transferable and are designed to be completed within specific time frames for optimal results.
  • Payment payable by visa, mastercard, or cheque to Athol Murray College of Notre Dame.
*Refunds will not be given, although a credit may be applied to the students notre dame account under extenuating circumstances. No cash refunds.
TRAINING PROGRAMS OFFERED 2011-2012
1. ACCELERATION PACKAGE (SKATING OR RUNNING)
Designed to:
  • Improve stride mechanics and skating or running form
  • Improve leg strength and power as well as foot speed.
Includes the following:
  • 12 skating or running sessions
  • 6 plyometric sessions
  • Stride mechanics evaluation
Price: $450 + GST. Available at all times throughout the year.
2. B.R.A.K.E.S (BALANCE, REACTION, AGILITY, QUICKNESS, EXPLOSIVE, SPEED)
Designed to:
  • Improve an athlete's ground-based athletic skills
Includes the following:
  • 12 sessions
Price: $120 + GST. Available 2nd semester after hockey season is over
3. SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Designed for:
  • Maximizing individualized training within an individual or small group setting
  • Sport specific programs (specialized to in-season or off-season needs)
Pricing:
  • 12 sessions - $300 + GST
  • 24 sessions - $600 + GST
  • 36 sessions - $720 + GST
  • 48 sessions - $960 + GST
Available at all times throughout the year.
